1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is Novaro Technology LLC (contact details in the imprint). You can reach us for all data protection matters at office@novaro.vip.

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on the infrastructure of Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, the hosting provider technically processes connection data such as IP address, time of access, requested page and browser type in server logs to deliver the site securely. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Webinar registration and recordings

When you register for a live webinar we process your name, email address, the interface language, your time zone and – from the hosting provider's geolocation – your country. We use this data to send you the Zoom access link, calendar reminders and, after the session, a follow-up email. The legal basis is the performance of the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To watch a webinar recording you enter your name and email address. We store them together with the language of the recording so we can offer you the next live dates. Emails are sent through the provider Resend, Inc. (USA) as our processor. Registration data is deleted or anonymized at the latest 24 months after your last interaction.

4. Analytics without cookies

We use a first-party analytics system that we run ourselves. It does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses. A random visitor identifier is stored in your browser's local storage and a session identifier in the session storage; both contain no personal information. We record page views, scroll depth, clicks on buttons and links, the language used, device class, browser type and – from the hosting provider's geolocation headers – country, region and city. The purpose is to understand which content is useful and to improve the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Known bots are excluded from statistics.

You can opt out at any time by setting the item "novaro_notrack" in your browser's local storage or by using a browser that blocks scripts; the site remains fully usable.

5. Embedded videos (Vimeo)

Explainer videos and webinar recordings are hosted by Vimeo.com, Inc. (USA). The player is loaded only after you press play. From that moment Vimeo processes your IP address and usage data under its own privacy policy and may set cookies. If you do not want this, do not start the video.

6. Live webinars (Zoom)

Live webinars take place on Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (USA). When you join a session, Zoom processes the data you provide (display name, optional camera and microphone) under Zoom's privacy policy. You can participate without camera and with a pseudonym.

7. Fonts and external links

The typeface Inter is loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC). When the font is requested, your browser transmits your IP address to Google. Links to external sites – in particular the member platform home.novaro.vip, shop-token.io and novaro.tangem.com – lead to independent providers with their own privacy policies.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
