You can attend every webinar free of charge and without obligation, ask any question live and decide for yourself afterwards. We recommend exactly that: understand first, decide later.

No. SHOP is a blockchain protocol that Novaro explains and analyzes. Novaro is independent from SHOP: it does not issue the SHOP token and does not control the protocol. Any token generation or results are governed by the SHOP protocol's own rules and are not guaranteed by Novaro.

No. All content – on this website, in the webinars and in the Academy – is educational and informational. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice and does not take your personal situation into account. Please consult a licensed adviser before making financial decisions.

The platform is operated by Novaro Technology LLC. Our webinars are hosted by named team members (currently Gian Marco in English and Thomas in German). Legal details are listed in the imprint.

A webinar takes about 60 minutes on Zoom. We explain how card payments, the SHOP ecosystem and Novaro fit together, step by step and without assuming prior knowledge. The second part is an open Q&A where you can ask anything. Sessions currently run weekly in English (Tuesdays, 20:00) and German (Wednesdays at 20:00 and Thursdays at 19:00), Central European Time.

Yes, they are free and without obligation. You register with your name and email address so we can send you the Zoom link and a reminder. You can watch a recording in your language at any time without attending live.

The website, the explainer video and the webinar recordings are available in 24 languages, including English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Japanese and Korean. Live webinars are currently held in English and German.

No. Everything is explained from the ground up. If you have ever paid with a card, you already have all the experience you need to follow along.

The Novaro VIP membership costs 100 US dollars per month and includes full access to the Novaro Academy, the analysis tools, project insights and the community. According to the current offer it also includes a 1/12 share of a GSM100 Minter. Membership is managed on the separate member platform home.novaro.vip.

No. The live webinars, the recordings, the explainer video and every article on this website are free. A membership is only needed for the Academy, the tools and the community area.

No. Figures such as "up to 1 % per month" describe what the SHOP protocol may generate under its own rules; they are not promises by Novaro and can be lower or zero. Digital assets are volatile and can lose value. Past performance – including the price chart shown on the homepage – is not a guarantee of future results.

Membership terms, cancellation and billing are governed by the terms of the member platform home.novaro.vip. Please review them before subscribing.

No. Novaro does not take custody of funds or digital assets. If you use a wallet – for example the Novaro x Tangem card – your private keys remain with you. Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone, including people claiming to be from Novaro.

When you register for a webinar we store your name, email address, language, time zone and country to send the link and reminders. The website uses a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics system with no IP address storage. Videos are loaded from Vimeo only after you press play. Details are in the privacy policy.

Novaro never contacts you to ask for private keys, seed phrases, passwords or payments to private wallets. Official webinar emails come from the join-novaro.com domain and link to Zoom. If in doubt, do not click – contact us via the address on the contact page first.
