About Novaro
Education first. Independent by design.
Novaro is an independent education and information platform. We explain how everyday card payments, payment infrastructure, blockchain protocols such as SHOP and other new technologies work – in plain language, in 24 languages, and without asking you to believe anything you cannot check yourself.
What Novaro is
Novaro is operated by Novaro Technology LLC. The platform brings together three things: education (the Novaro Academy and free live webinars), analysis (tools and project insights that help you understand technologies and business models) and community (people who want to learn and exchange ideas).
Our starting point is a simple observation: billions of people use card payments every day, but very few understand the infrastructure behind a single tap – or the business models that are emerging around it. Novaro makes that knowledge accessible.
What Novaro is not
Novaro is not a bank, not a broker, not an investment adviser and not an asset manager. We do not hold customer funds, we do not execute trades on your behalf and we do not give personal investment recommendations.
Novaro is also independent from the projects it explains. SHOP is one example of a protocol we analyze and explain; Novaro is not the issuer of the SHOP token and does not control the SHOP protocol. Any results that a protocol generates are governed by that protocol's rules – not by Novaro – and are never guaranteed.
How we work
Every topic starts with a question our community actually asks. We research it, break it down into understandable steps and publish it as a lesson, an article or a live session. Our live webinars are held every week in English and German on Zoom, are free, and always include time for open questions.
We publish our content in 24 languages because understanding should not depend on where you were born. Translations are reviewed for meaning, not just words.
Our principles
Plain language
If a topic cannot be explained clearly, we have not understood it well enough yet. No jargon for its own sake.
Transparency
We name risks, uncertainties and our own limits openly. Past performance never appears without the reminder that it does not predict the future.
No pressure
Our webinars are free and without obligation. You decide whether, when and how you want to participate – after you understand what you are looking at.
Independence
We explain projects, we do not run them. Our analysis is not paid for by the projects we cover.
The Novaro membership
The Novaro VIP membership gives full access to the Academy, the analysis tools, project insights and the community for a monthly fee of 100 US dollars. It is managed on the separate member platform home.novaro.vip, which has its own terms. Nothing on this website requires a membership: the webinars, the recordings and every article here are free.
